You are solely responsible for your own decisions and due diligence. Do not rely on The ARV Tool as the sole basis for any purchase, sale, financing, refinancing, or investment decision.

Terms of Use
By accessing or using The ARV Tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- Account security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- No guarantees: We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.
Billing & Subscription Terms
Pricing: Subscription pricing is displayed on the Pricing page and at checkout. For convenience, our current plans are:
- Full Stack Investor: $95.00/mo
- Deal and Portfolio Manager: $35.00/mo
- The ARV Tool: $75.00/mo
Taxes may apply. Prices and features may change; your billed amount will always be shown before purchase and on your invoice.
Billing start: Subscription billing begins when you complete checkout unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Profile or Billing page. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Usage credits: Some features may be subject to usage limits or token/credit systems (for example, AI-Comps tokens). Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable unless required by law.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform, including automated or bulk access.
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to bypass platform security, rate limits, or access controls.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, models, or data sets.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.
Third-Party Services
The ARV Tool may integrate with third-party services (for example, payments, maps, data providers, and email). Third-party services are provided under their own terms and we are not responsible for third-party outages or changes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The ARV Tool and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to The ARV Tool in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
